Volunteer Opportunities

Edina Morningside is active in combatting food and shelter insecurity, as well as broader movements for social transformation. Here are just a few of the ways that EMCP10C-Loaves & Fishes - Unloading food - Lauarie & Jim Cory, Diane and Al Pallas Pam DeLaittre youth and adults give of our time and talent in the community:

  • Provide volunteers and food donations for VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People.)
  • Make deliveries and home visits for Meals on Wheels.
  • Deliver holiday greetings to homebound community members.
  • Host and attend meetings with policy-makers, advocating for affordable housing, racial justice, and other public expressions of our faith.

We offer ever-changing “Time and Talent” volunteer opportunities each week in our worship services and Friday Update emails. See below for more key stories of our faith in action through volunteering, and join us next time! Contact the church office to see how you can help!
