“Before I had kids I worked as a preschool aide while working towards my Master’s in Education. When it came time to look at preschools for my children, I wanted more than Kindergarten readiness and loving teachers. I wanted a smaller program that really got to know my child as an individual and allowed for more experiences such as field trips, cooking projects, walks to the park, and special days. “Here are my top 5 reasons we love EM Preschool: (1) Mixed age: Our son benefitted from and enjoyed being in school with those both younger and older than he. (2) Facilities: Love the large lower room for gross motor fun, especially in the winter. (3) Caring and welcoming staff that gets to know all students and families. (4) Summer camp: Most preschools have no summer options. Fun camps that maintain consistency and help with transitions to school and also back in the fall. (5) Add-on’s like Fab Friday, lunch, etc.”
