To celebrate Black History Month, the Front Porch Friday event for February will be a visit to the exhibit assembled by former Justice Alan Page and his daughter.
This collection of African American art work and artifacts is on display at the Minneapolis Central Library through March 29.
We plan to visit on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24. We will meet at church at 10:00 to carpool to the downtown library. OR- meet us there at 10:30. We hope to have lunch at a black-owned restaurant afterwards. Suggestions are welcome!
