EMC pulled out all the stops for Mardis Gras worship and a pancake breakfast — complete with music by the Dixiecats — on Sunday, Feb. 11. While middle-schoolers and high school students set the tables and cooked up sausages and pancakes, elementary school kids made prayer books that EMC missioners will bring to the Daylight School in Kenya this summer. All the funds raised by the breakfast also will be used for a Daylight School project.
